Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period, we are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please note that sale, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable. Additionally, items that are personalized or custom-made are also excluded from returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at Help@UniqueMug.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions for return shipping. When returning the item, please ensure it is securely packaged with all original documentation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please begin by initiating a return for the original item, then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures your exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items: Please be advised that certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods such as food and flowers.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
